By accessing or using Gatherwell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
These Terms govern your use of Gatherwell and any related services provided through the platform.
Gatherwell is a community coordination platform for any group that gathers regularly — including book clubs, parent groups, run clubs, neighborhood crews, hobby groups, study circles, home churches, Bible studies, and ministries.
The platform helps communities coordinate gatherings, communicate with members, and stay connected through messaging, content, and participation in community activities.
Features and functionality may evolve over time as the platform continues to develop and improve.
Gatherwell may rely on third-party infrastructure and services to operate the platform, such as hosting providers, messaging services, notification services, and email delivery systems.
Use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers.
Gatherwell may send notifications related to gatherings, messages, updates, or platform activity. These notifications may be delivered through email, in-app alerts, SMS, or device push notifications.
You can control notification preferences through your device settings or within the platform where applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activity that occurs through your account.

By posting or sharing content on the platform, you grant Gatherwell a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content within the platform as necessary to operate the service and facilitate community coordination.
You are responsible for the content you share and for ensuring that it does not violate these Terms or applicable laws.
The Gatherwell platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Gatherwell and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the platform only as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content without permission.
Gatherwell has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any content that is offensive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited.
Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their content removed and may be permanently banned from the platform.
Gatherwell uses automated content filtering to detect and hide potentially objectionable language. Content that is flagged by our filters may be automatically hidden from other users pending review.
If you encounter content that you believe is objectionable, offensive, or in violation of these Terms, you can report it directly within the app. All reports are reviewed by our team.
We commit to reviewing all content reports within 24 hours of submission. Upon review, objectionable content will be removed and the user who provided the offending content may be ejected from the platform.
You have the ability to block other users within the app. When you block a user:

Users are expected to interact with kindness, respect, and consideration for others.
Community organizers and group administrators may have the ability to moderate activity within their communities to help maintain a constructive environment.
We strive to keep Gatherwell reliable and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
From time to time, the platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time in order to improve the service, address security concerns, or adapt to changing needs.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes when appropriate.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Gatherwell if:

Gatherwell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the platform will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold Gatherwell harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gatherwell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of access, or disruptions in service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
